At Jabali Junior Kileleshwa School, our curriculum is designed to spark curiosity, foster creativity, and nurture a love for learning. Rooted in the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), we emphasize hands-on, experiential learning, ensuring that each child’s unique abilities and interests are fully engaged.
Our curriculum covers core areas such as language development, early literacy and numeracy, arts & crafts, music, and physical education. We also integrate social-emotional learning, helping children develop essential life skills such as collaboration, empathy, and problem-solving.
In addition, we offer adaptive programs for learners with special needs, including those with hearing impairments and children with cochlear implants. Our inclusive and flexible approach ensures that every child receives personalized attention and support.

Preschool (Ages 2-5)
Our Kindergarten provides a unique environment where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to thrive. We focus on mastering foundational skills such as reading, writing, arts & crafts, and basic mathematics, while nurturing deeper, limitless learning. Through new experiences and by building on each child’s personal interests, we create a stimulating foundation that supports their individual growth and curiosity.
Competency-Based Curriculum (Grade 1 – 6, Junior Secondary)
Our Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) program provides comprehensive support and meaningful challenges for learners from Grade 1, following their graduation from PP2. This program encourages exploration across a wide range of subject areas, fostering curiosity, intellectual and spiritual growth, as well as the pursuit of personal interests.
In addition to academic development, we promote active participation in school leadership through the Learner Council, empowering students to take on leadership roles and contribute to the school community. At Jabali Arboretum Jabali Elementary School, our CBC program prepares learners for a future of critical thinking, problem-solving, and confident self-expression.
